COMFORTABLY END THE MERCILESS GRIP OF TRAUMA
Anxiety and bad habits pop up unexpectedly to certain triggers...and that's a trance.
You don't ask for them........but there they are again.
People live their lives en-tranced by their deepest self-protective beliefs and unconscious warnings of painful memories.
You need someone trained in trance-formation to literally help you out of your own trances.
When your trance is broken, it will free you from past resentments, improve calm focus, and may even promote immunity, digestion, and sleep. You can gain control where it didn't exist before.
For some, the trauma has caused hypervigilence. Neurofeedback and HRV biofeedback can help your nervous system have a new start.
A calmer one.
And you don't need to keep revisiting ancient history.
"I experienced more change in 3 sessions than I had in 3 years with a traditional therapist." -- Evan F., Santa Monica.
"I spent 26 years going to therapists, and what you did helped me more than anything in an unbelievably short amount of time. Even the rape trauma cleared in a single session." -- Kathi J., Los Angeles
"I couldn't stop crying about the loss. Now I have peaceful feelings about him, and can move forward." -- Liz C.
HELP FOR PHOBIAS
Suddenly it's impossible to drive on the 405, or ride an escalator, elevator, or go on a plane.
It's not the thing, itself, that has become fearful (it wasn't always fearful), but your own reaction to it is now scaring you. There's a fear that your fear means you will never feel normal again. There's a fear that you might, in fact, be right while everyone else is wrong. There's the way your world is getting smaller because of the fear.....
With a phobia, your mind became focused on a certain image, or set of images, and can't seem to move beyond those to a better outcome. Possibilities become limited to the dark ones. We know that everyone doesn't crash on the 405. We know that all fruit isn't poisoned. We know that things don't grab us as we wade into the ocean. But, with a phobia, that could happen, and we get stuck there. Frozen.
Hypnotherapy is the first line treatment for release of phobias. There is a trance state that needs to be resolved. In addition to hypnotherapy, biofeedback can show you how to calm your system.
Call with questions, no matter how silly or trivial you may think they are, they are worthy of asking.
"After only two sessions, my daughter swam 2nd in the country and won a full ride to Columbia U."
-- Charles B., Sarasota, FL.
Sam came with an elevator phobia. She felt that if she got into an elevator, it might somehow escape the elevator shaft and fly out of control.
She managed her life around avoidance: So she had to climb the stairs at her office, sometimes in some jeopardy (depending on what she had to carry). She couldn't participate in anything located on a high floor. She couldn't fly. The longer her phobia continued, the worse it got, so that by the time she came to see me, she was unable to think of any elevator without panic.
Today, to the amazement of her friends and family, Sam rides in elevators, on escalators, and in planes without a thought -- except one of gratitude for her freedom.
